Zebra Focuses On Black & White Money: Satya Dev

Satya Dev and Daali Dhananjaya starrer action thriller Zebra directed by Eashvar Karthic is due for its theatrical release tomorrow.

Satya Dev reveals the reason behind naming the movie Zebra. “Zebra is a metaphor for black and white. The story focuses on black money and white money. Until the very end, you won’t know who is good and who is bad. Everyone has some grey shades.”

The actor will be seen in the role of a banker. “Until now, I’ve mostly done serious roles, and director Eshvar suggested breaking that mold. You’ll see a completely different version of Satya Dev in this film.”

Satya Dev reveals that the story was inspired by many real incidents. “Except for those who work in banks, the common man does not know the missteps that happen in banks.

Director Eashvar Karthic, a former banker, crafted the story of Zebra inspired by real-life events, blending true incidents with his own observations from the financial world.

He considers it a privilege to be in the good books of Megastar Chiranjeevi. He is hopeful of screening the movie to his favourite star, once he is back from Japan.
