A former associate of director Karthik Subbaraj has filed a complaint against director Shankar for using his story without his permission.
Sellamuthu, the writer says he wrote a story for director Karthik Subbaraj’s production, and Shankar has taken from them without consulting him or paying a penny. He filed a complaint with the writer’s association in Chennai.
He alleged that Shankar is using his story for Ram Charan and Kiara Advani starrer. Dil Raju is producing it as a Pan-India project. Shankar had faced similar allegations in the past as well.
Shankar and writer Sai Madhav Burra are penning it in Telugu. It will start rolling this month.
