Hero Karthi competes with his Oopiri co-star Nagarjuna as their respective films Sulthan and Wild Dog will be releasing on same day on April 2nd.
Sulthan pre-release event took place in Hyderabad and Rashmika Mandanna who is making her Tamil debut with the film came all the way from Mumbai to attend it.
Rashmika said, “Tamil people have taken good care of me in Chennai. So, please take care of Karthi here. I’ve shoot tomorrow, but I came here for Karthi. Congratulations to Vamsi Paidipally for National Award.”
Hero Karthi thanked Nagarjuna for his kind words during Wild Dog event.
“We are coming on April 2nd due to elections in Tamil Nadu. My heartfelt thanks to Nagarjuna sir for understanding our difficulties and wishing for the success of our film. I pray god that, Wild Dog will become a big hit.
Coming to Sulthan, director Bakkiyaraj Kannan spent 3 years on this film, though one year was wasted due to covid. He made it as a complete entertainer. Last 40 mins of emotion is my favorite thing in the film.
Rashmika is already a national crush. She is so simple. She came all the way from Mumbai for this event. She has done a beautiful job as a village belle.
