Santosh Sobhan is one talented actor who proved his acting prowess in a few OTT movies and originals. However, he didn’t score a single hit with the theatrical release.
He pins all hopes on his upcoming flick Anni Manchi Sakunamule directed by Nandini Reddy and produced by Swapna Cinema and Mitra Vinda Movies.
The makers recently began the promotions with a pleasant teaser which was well-received by all sections of the audience.
Meanwhile, the makers announced to release the film’s first single- title song tomorrow, on the eve of Ugadi.
The announcement has been made through a video of a funny discussion between Santosh and his on-screen sister.
Santosh Sobhan makes satire himself on his flops. When he says that he already gave 5-6 mangoes, indirectly indicating his previous movies, his sister replies saying all of them were waste.
Then, she wishes him all the luck. “Ika Ivvala Nundi Neeku Anni Manchi Sakunamule…” says she.
Let’s see whether the movie will provide a much-needed break for Santosh Sobhan. The movie is set for release in the summer on May 18th.
