Watch: Director's Interesting Insights About 'Godfather'

Mohan Raja the director of 'Godfather' in an exclusive chitchat with greatandhra.com shared many interesting insights about the film right from its beginning. This is not a routine chitchat but he has thrown some light on how the director's thought process works towards making a film.

Beginning with the humble lines like "I did the job given to me. My focus was only on delivering the best. Things worked well and I am happy ultimately" he came out opening up further.

Saying about how he felt about directing Chiranjeevi- "Definitely it is not a small thing. This is the biggest film with a big star who did 153 films already. The image of the hero also plays a vital role on director's mind. How to show him differently is a different pressure all together. I learn from my father Editor Mohan on how to imagine a scene in the view point of audience in theater.  I don't get carry away merely by my personal taste. I imagine myself in the theatre with crowds around. I imagine how they would respond at several moments. I think I imaged in right way".

Sharing his experience about watching Lucifer for the first time he said- "When I watched the Lucifer for the first time, I felt that was an innovative screenplay. I rate Lucifer as an evolutionized version of Rajnkanth's Basha in the matter of hiding the hero and revealing him bit by bit. I felt freshness in the screenplay".

Mohan Raja also shared what compelled while directing Chiranjeevi and why the changes were made to the script. He came out with different insights about the film which prove to be a lesson for new age film makers and an entertaining information for the film buffs.
