101 Jillala Andagadu is the latest film that is hitting the screens this week. Avasarala Srinivas, the main lead, story and dialogue writer of thai film gave an exclusive interview to greatandhra and in his chit chat he shared several interesting things about the film.
Answering a question he said, "This is a film that addresses the inner feelings of bald people. Initially we thought of trying the prosthetic makeup, but that was highly time taking and not so convincing in look. So I shaved my head in the center and made it look like a bald head with simple make up and graphical corrections".
He also said that humor has been his favorite thing since childhood.
"I used to read Mullapudi Venkata Ramana writings. I was also fond of Rajendra Prasad's films and regularly used to watch them on VCR. I liked similar types of films from Hollywood as well. I believe whatever we say it should be dealt with humor".
He also said about the viral video that shocked many for his bald look.
"We shot that video just for fun during the photo shoot. We had no idea of using it for buzz at that time. Later we used it for marketing", he smiled.
