Vishwak Sen Explains about 'Yellow' Posters

Vishwak Sen Explains about 'Yellow' Posters

A day after Vishwak Sen apologized to those “hurt by the comments” made by actor Prudhvi Raj, he issued another clarification regarding the color scheme of the posters for his upcoming release, Laila.

Yellow is the dominant color in the posters the team is currently using.

In his latest post, Vishwak Sen clarified that the color scheme was not intended to gain political mileage, explaining that yellow had been used in his previous posters as well.

He shared two pictures—one featuring a dominant yellow color (associated with TDP) and another with red (associated with Jana Sena)—stating that the colors in his movie posters reflect the film’s theme, not political affiliations.

He denied any hidden agenda behind the design of the posters.

“I can’t keep thinking twice before posting every poster or update about my film. Stop overthinking and start maintaining peace,” he wrote.

Actor Prudhvi Raj recently made comments against the YSRC party during the pre-release event of Laila. Since then, the party’s social media wing has been promoting the hashtag #BoycottLaila.

In response, Vishwak Sen and producer Sahu Garapati expressed regret for Prudhvi’s remarks.
