Varun Tej, who is in need of a success, has chosen an intriguing project to be directed by Merlapaka Gandhi.
The film VT15 is currently in the pre-production stage and will be jointly produced by UV Creations and First Frame Entertainment.
On the occasion of Varun Tej’s birthday, the makers officially announced the project with a spectacular poster.
The announcement poster hints at an intriguing Korean connection, featuring a jar adorned with a fire dragon logo amidst swirling flames.
The poster’s tagline, "When haunting turns hilarious!", suggests that the movie will be a mix of thrills with humor.
This Indo-Korean horror comedy will see Varun Tej in a completely fresh role, complete with a new look. This is, indeed, Varun Tej's first attempt in this genre.
Director Merlapaka Gandhi, known for crafting out-and-out entertainers with adventurous elements, is said to have come up with a unique and original subject for this project.
After the huge success of Tholi Prema, Varun Tej reunites with the star music director S Thaman for this exciting new venture, which is set to begin production in March this year.
