At least until a few weeks ago, it appeared that the films of four heroes—Vishwak Sen, Nani, Nithiin, and Varun Tej—would be battling for box office dominance over the weekend of December 8. However, things have changed now.
Vishwak Sen and Varun Tej, who had originally set December 8 as the release date for their films, backed out, making room for Nithin and Nani.
Earlier, Vishwak Sen had threatened to stop doing promotions for "Gangs of Godavari" if the producer decided to move up the release date.
Nonetheless, the date has been changed. Another film that has been delayed is "Operation Valentine," starring Varun Tej.
Until Prabhas's "Salaar" is released, Nithiin’s "Extra" and Nani's "Hi Nanna" will have a smooth run. These films will also secure a sufficient number of theaters.
