Prabhas starrer ‘Radhe Shyam’ opened strongly on the shores of the USA. The love story premiered on Thursday amidst humongous expectations.
Expectedly, the Telugu version collected a whopping $910k from premiere shows.
The recent biggie Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Bheemla Nayak’ had collected $875k from premiere shows. “Radhe Shyam” has garnered better numbers. The film is likely to gross more than$450k from Friday.
As of now, “Radhe Shyam” stands with fairly better collections in the USA than the domestic market.
But the film has an uphill task to maintain the momentum over the weekend.
“Radhe Shyam” is a love story. Directed by two-film-old Radha Krishna Kumar, “Radhe Shyam” could not live up to expectations.
The film’s opening is purely on the star power of Prabhas, not the content.
