On Day 1, the Telugu version of the film is expected to collect approximately $800k. However, the Hindi version has made a notable contribution, earning over $250k, bringing the total first-day gross to an estimated $1.1 million.
Comparatively, the Telugu version of Kalki 2898 AD alone grossed $1.35 million on its first day.
Unlike Kalki, Pushpa 2 benefits significantly from its Hindi version in North America. The Hindi release has already achieved a major milestone, resonating strongly with Hindi-speaking audiences in both India and the USA.
Overall, the first-day collection, including premieres, for Pushpa 2 is expected to reach $3.7 to $4 million. In comparison, Kalki 2898 AD posted a total of $5.5 million on its opening day, setting a higher benchmark.
