1. Godfather: The most anticipated film ended up as an average grosser at the box office.
The remake of Mohanlal's Malayalam hit Lucifer is made as Chiranjeevi's Godfather and proved to be a decent make.
The talk was average to good on the day one but the collections are not as thumping as expected.
After the end of the long weekend, the film is yet to make a breakeven for the kind of prices it was sold to different centers.
The film has to cross the USD 1.5 Million mark to make a breakeven but so far it could manage to touch USD 1 Million mark only.
2. The Ghost: The film was unanimously declared as a flop. Nagarjuna and Sonal Chauhan paired up for this Cop action extravaganza, but the lack of proper story line and weak emotional connect marred the prospects of the film.
The openings were weak and the eventual collections were not at all satisfactory.
After the end of the long weekend, the film seems to have lost the hope of any further collection on a considerable level in the coming days.
3. Swathi Muthyam: This is the debut film of Bellamkonda Ganesh with Varsha Bollamma in the female lead. The film did its best in its range.
The collections are ok as it was totally in an entertaining genre when compared to the other counterparts released along with this film.
But the real muscle of this film can be seen in these week days. If it doesn't pick up, it can be concluded as an average grosser.
4. PS1: The film had a decent opening in Telugu states on the first day amidst the hype.
Due to Dussehra holidays, it continued the same trend despite bad reviews and negative word of mouth.
The film proved to be successful with its Tamil version while the Telugu version has to struggle hard to break even where the Hindi version is a disaster.
The collections for the Telugu version in the second week are below average.
5. Vikram Vedha: This Hindi film with a big star cast ended up as a big flop. This is the remake from Tamil of the same title.
Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan played the lead roles while Radhika Apte played the female lead. Pushkar directed the film while bankrolled by Reliance Entertainment.
The film couldn't pull the attention of audiences in any of the centers in the South.
