1. Brahmastra: The film has seen a sudden jump in second week in terms of collections. From mixed mouth publicity, the film surpassed all hurdles and emerged as a hit.
This is the highest grossing Bollywood film so far this year and in the post pandemic time in particular.
Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Nagarjuna, Amitabh and SRK the film is doing well in many centers and it appealed to the young audience better than the rest of the age groups.
2. Oke Oka Jeevitam: This films holds good at the box office. This was released amidst no big hype, bagged positive talk from the audience and eventually the word of mouth publicity is working well.
This time machine movie has Amala Akkineni in an important role while Sharwannad played the male lead pairing up with Ritu Varma.
The film withstands the attention even after the second weekend at theatres which is a good sign.
3. Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali: This film starring Sudheer Babu and Krithi Shetty declared as a flop.
Directed by Indraganti Mohana Krishna this film didn't give any punch at the box office. The word of mouth is bad and the thin story line couldn't hold the attention of the audience much.
On a whole, the collections are not impressive and it's getting vanished from theatres.
4. Nenu Meeku Baga Kavalsina Vaadini: This is another thumbsdown this week. Kiran Abbavaram tried as a mass hero which got backfired.
His approach didn't gel well with the audience and the story line as well as the narration sounded obsolete like that of bygone era.
The film couldn't hold the attention of youth fans of Kiran Abbavaram as well. The footfalls are poor at the theaters declaring the film to be a flop.
5. Saakini Daakini: The film toppled at the box office. Showcasing Regina and Nivetha Thomas in main leads, it proved to be a female oriented cop flick. It didn't go well with the audience and the collections are miserably bad.
The few audience who watched the film said that it may suit well only for the OTT watch. It is needless to say that this film hardly sees a good run in theatres this week.
