Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari that starred megastar Chiranjeevi and Sridevi is one of the iconic films of Telugu cinema.
The film directed by K Raghavendra Rao and produced by C Ashwini Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies completes 30 years after release on 9th of May.
Interim, the makers have come up with a special video to unveil the real story behind the film that created history. Nani gave voiceover for the video.
Ashwini Dutt who’s a die-hard fan of NTR wanted to make a socio-fantasy like Jagadeka Veeruni Katha.
Writer and co-director Srinivasa Chakravarthy gave the basic idea of the story which was developed by KRR with help of six writers including Jandhyala, Vijayendra Prasad, Satyamurthy and Crazy Mohan.
Chiranjeevi had also taken part in story sittings and gave his valuable suggestions. Actress Sridevi designed costumes on her own for the film in Mumbai.
