Naga Chaitanya’s first look in Thandel was a big surprise and the actor is going to offer another birthday special with the trailer of his maiden web series Dhootha releasing tomorrow. Chay revealed some interesting facts about Thandel and Dhootha in his birthday special chit-chat session with the media.
Chay reveals he liked the idea when Vikram K Kumar approached him with the story of Dhootha. “We felt there would be more space and many things can be described in detail, if it is made as a web series. We need to tell the whole story in two and a half hours in a movie. That's why we thought justice would be done to this story only with a web series. It will definitely give the audience a whole new experience.”
Chay says he didn’t find much difference as an actor between a movie and a web series. “Technically, it is a new experience. Vikram K Kumar made it brilliantly and Sharrat Marar didn’t compromise on budget. The audience will feel thrilled with the edge-of-the-seat narrative. Although there is violence, Dhootha can be enjoyed with the whole family.”
Chaitu says not just he but the entire team is confident about his next movie Thandel. “I have been traveling with this film for six months. Workshops were organized. Aravind garu also strongly believed in this project, and Vasu is taking extreme care. The story has a large span. The story takes place partly in India and partly in Pakistan. Thandel will be a sensational movie in my career.”
Naga Chaitanya who plays the role of a fisherman revealed to have worked for months to get the makeover done for the movie. He also disclosed that he is in talks with director Shiva Nirvana for a film.
