Superstar Rajnikanth is not taking any gap between the films. He is keeping himself completely busy with a series of films in line. But it has been quite a long time since a Telugu director narrated the story to Rajinikanth.
Freshly, sources say that Rajnikanth okayed a story narrated by a Telugu director. That doesn't mean the project is taking off shotly. It requires a lot of exercise to be done before going onto the sets.
The director is none other than Vasisht who scored a hit with Bimbisara recently. It seems that Rajnikanth appreciated his line. But Vasisht has a commitment to complete Bimbisara 2 before going to Rajini's project.
Rajnikanth also has to complete two films before getting on to this. So, if everything goes well, this film will be made as a bilingual in Telugu and Tamil.
In the meanwhile Kalyan Ram also has to complete two films before getting on to the sets of Bimbisara 2.
