Director Teja who is under home quarantine taking treatment for COVID19 has decided not to commence the shoot of his next film this year.
Starring Gopichand as the hero, Teja was preparing to launch the film in September. However, it is Gopichand who asked Teja to go slow and should not take a risk of starting the shoot amid a growing number of corona cases.
Gopichand’s other action drama “Seetimaar” which was planning to resume shoot next week has also dropped its plans.
Teja has tested positive for coronavirus last week. Last month, he was busy auditioning actors for Gopichand’s film titled “Alivelu Manga Venkata Ramana”.
Only after testing positive for coronavirus, he has realized the risk involved in resuming shooting now.
