Bollywood actress and entrepreneur Sunny Leone has bought a commercial office space in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for ₹8 crore.
The purchase was registered in February 2025, as per property records from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
The office is in Veer Signature, a high-end commercial complex by Veer Group, near Lokhandwala Complex.
It spans 1,904.91 sq. ft. carpet area and includes three parking spots. The deal incurred ₹35.01 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration fees.
She bought the property from Aishwarya Property and Estates, owned by producer Anand Pandit. Veer Signature, covering 0.53 acres, has attracted multiple Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn.
Beyond acting, Sunny Leone is a successful entrepreneur, owning the cosmetic brand StarStruck. She has received awards for style and animal welfare advocacy.
