Megastar Chiranjeevi and Sahoo director Sujeeth’s project has been sealed.
Notwithstanding the fate of his recent biggie ‘Saaho’, Sujeeth has been entrusted the job of remaking Malayalam blockbuster “Lucifer” in Telugu with Chiranjeevi. Ram Charan believed that only Sujeeth can do justice to this remake.
The first thing Sujeeth has done is extending the protagonist’s role. In the original Malayalam, Mohanlal doesn’t appear in the first 17 minutes of the movie. Much of the film runs with other actors and drama.
Sujeeth has already rewritten the screenplay. Chiranjeevi will have a romantic sequence. But the romantic scenes will be handled in a mature way. It will not be in the usual song and dance method.
Sujeeth is said to be taking this as a challenge to shut the mouths of his detractors. He wants to deliver a huge hit with this.
