Manchu Vishnu, the President of MAA (Movie Artistes Association), appears to be upset with how he was mocked in the trailer of Single, starring Sree Vishnu.
The dialogue “Sivayyaa…” imitates Manchu Vishnu’s style, followed by “Manchu kurisi pothundi...”, dialogue, which seems to take a direct jibe at the Manchu family and Vishnu in particular.
Sources reveal there are about 4–5 such dialogues in the film targeting the Manchu family.
Upon review, it is said that these kinds of dialogues are scattered throughout the film, poking fun at various heroes and film personalities.
All eyes are now on the 'Single' team — will they mute or remove these controversial dialogues in the final copy, or stick with them? The decision could impact their relationship with the MAA President.
Allu Aravind produces the film, with Caarthick Raju directing and Bhanu and Nandu penning the dialogues. 'Single' is scheduled for release on May 9.
