While top actresses like Pooja Hegde, Tamannaah, and Samantha are happily performing item songs, Shriya's demand for special songs has long since vanished.
However, the producers of "Bholaa Shankar" did not want to waste money by enlisting the services of top actresses for an item song. So, they approached Shriya, assuming she would not demand much.
She reportedly quoted Rs 75 lakhs, much to their dismay.
As a result, the producers have begun to look for alternative solutions. They will only sign her if she agrees to half the amount.
