Director Shankar praised Nag Ashwin's visuals and overall vision for "Kalki 2898 AD."
He was impressed by the film's production values and expressed his happiness that it is expected to gross more than Rs 1000 crores.
Additionally, he placed a big bet on three upcoming South Indian films expected to break box office records.
Shankar predicted that Suriya's film "Kanguva" would captivate audiences and earn Rs 1000 crore. He also mentioned that "Pushpa 2" will be the next big Tollywood blockbuster.
Furthermore, he stated that Rajinikanth and Lokesh Kanagaraj's soon-to-be-launched film "Coolie" will break records in India.
During the promotion of "Indian 2," Shankar stated that the future of Indian cinema is secure and that big-budget films will continue to make a lot of money regardless of their primary language.
