Venkatesh's latest sensation, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, continues to dominate at the box office, with the film showing an unexpected upward trend in collections.
In a surprising turn, the movie saw its numbers increase on day three compared to day two in many regions, propelling it into the prestigious 100 Crore club within just three days.
On day three, the film grossed an impressive 29 Crore, bringing its total worldwide gross to a staggering 106 Crore. This achievement marks the fastest rise to the 100 Crore milestone for Venkatesh.
In a remarkable feat, nearly 350K tickets were booked within the last 24 hours on BookMyShow alone, leaving the other Sankranthi releases far behind in terms of ticket sales. As of now, over 1.5 Million tickets were sold on the ticketing portal.
The film has also crossed the 1 Million mark in overseas collections, making it the fastest for Venkatesh to reach this milestone.
Directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam has already surpassed its breakeven point in most of the regions, with remaining areas expected to follow suit by the end of day four.
The bookings for day four are looking equally promising, further solidifying the film's unstoppable momentum.
