Telugu filmmakers have a habit of chasing actors who are part of successful movies. Moreover, they always look for ‘new’ villains for big movies. Prakash Raj had ruled the industry for the longest time.
A couple of years ago, Jagapathi Babu played villain roles in almost all the big starrer projects. Rao Ramesh too briefly made a mark as a villain, but he soon shifted to character roles.
Now, Samuthirakani is in much demand. The Tamil actor got his big break in Telugu with the success of “Ala Vaikunthapurramloo”. But the craze has further increased for him with the latest blockbuster “Krack”.
In “Krack”, he played the main villain that worked big time. He is already acting in Rajamouli’s multi-starrer “RRR”.
He has also signed for a key role in Pawan Kalyan and Rana’s movie, a remake of “Ayyapanum Koshiyum”.
