The film Ravanasura starring Ravi Teja is set for release on April 7th. Sudheer Varma directed the movie, while Abhishek Nama and Ravi Teja together produced it.
Sudheer Varma in his exclusive interview with greatandhra.com stated he is happy with the outcome of the movie.
“Srikanth Vissa provided the story, and we were surprised when he narrated the full version. We can’t reveal the core point, as not to kill the excitement, but there will be many thrilling elements in the narrative. Currently, background score and other post-production formalities are happening.”
The teaser presented Ravi Teja in an atypical character. “The story has a huge span. Ravi Teja didn’t recommend any changes. The title Ravanasura is apt for the movie. Ravi Teja has different shades. The advantage with him is he can do anything, whether it’s comedy or serious.
The story needs an extraordinary actor when a character has many shades. Ravi Teja gives better performance, than what it requires. I can’t imagine any other actor other than him. Sushanth played an important character. Who’s Sita, that’s the big twist? All the heroines will be there throughout the movie.”
The director tasted bitter results with his last few movies.
“Ravi Teja garu was the first person to call me after the release of Swamy Ra Ra. We were planning to do a movie together. But it didn’t happen. Finally, he suggested me to make the movie with the story provided by Srikanth. We all believed in the story. I liked it as an audience.”
