Rashmi Gautam is no stranger to playing guest roles or appearing in special songs. Last year, she even appeared in a song in megastar Chiranjeevi’s “Bholaa Shankar.”
However, there was a report circulating that she had turned down an offer to appear in the “Kurchi Madatapetti” song in the movie “Guntur Karam.”
Rashmi Gautam responded with intense anger after a social media account claimed that she was the first choice for the “Kurchi Madatapetti" song, not Poorna.
She promptly refuted the false reports. Rashmi Gautam clarified that she was never approached for the role, acknowledging that actress Poorna's performance was exceptionally impressive.
“This news is absolutely baseless. I was not approached, so there was no chance for rejection. Also, Poorna garu did an absolutely fab job; no one else could have done it better. Fake news like these might bring unwanted negativity towards me; kindly do not encourage such news,” she wrote.
