Ram doesn’t have any other movies in the pipeline. Also, Red is his home production. Hence, he can afford to wait until normalcy restores without any financial pressures.
His previous film iSmart Shankar was a huge hit and Ram wants to capitalize on that with Red.
He is not willing to release Red on OTT platform even if the theaters remain shut for a few more months.
