After making a few films in support of Jagan and tweeting against the TDP, he faced several legal cases. However, he stood up and fought alone.
Instead of fleeing abroad out of fear of the cases, he openly appeared on TV studios and gave interviews. Ultimately, he secured bail by legally fighting the charges with the help of skilled advocates.
His courageous approach won him public attention, and he became a hero to many excepting to those who align with TDP-affiliated media.
In a way, RGV gave a shock to many YCP leaders with his daring and bold nature.
Take Sajjala Bhargav, for instance, the head of the YCP social media wing, who fled abroad fearing legal cases.
Had he stayed in Hyderabad, taken responsibility for the arrested social media activists, and demanded their release, he could have proven himself as a leader.
Even if he had been arrested, he would have become a hero. Unfortunately, he missed that opportunity, showing a timid nature and an opportunistic mentality. There are a few more who ran away much before the cases were filed as well.
There are many in YCP who could learn from RGV about how to behave in public while preparing for the worst.
The unfortunate part is that Jagan Mohan Reddy needs leaders like RGV in his close circle, but RGV has repeatedly stated that he is not interested in politics.
