Superstar Rajinikanth was discharged from the hospital. He returned home. The actor underwent Carotid artery surgery at Kauvery Hospital in Chennai on Friday.
“Returned home,” Rajinikanth tweeted, along with a photo.
He was admitted to the hospital on October 28 and the doctors performed the surgery. As he recovered well, he got discharged on Sunday evening.
Upon his arrival at his residence, Rajinikanth was welcomed with aarti by his wife Latha. His daughter Aishwarya was also present.
Rajinikanth’s “Peddhanna” is due for release for Deepavali.
