The film Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun, has emerged as the second highest-grossing Indian film, amassing ₹1,871 crores worldwide.
Celebrated for its commercial success, it has surpassed major Indian blockbusters like Baahubali 2, KGF Chapter 2, Jawan, and RRR.
While the movie’s success is largely attributed to Allu Arjun’s star power and its music, the same impact is not being reflected on OTT.
Pushpa 2 premiered on Netflix on January 30, garnering 5.8 million views in its debut week and trending at the top for two weeks.
However, its viewership has since declined, and the film is now struggling to remain in Netflix’s Top 5.
