Creative director Prasanth Varma’s superhero film Hanu-Man starring Teja Sajja completes 50 days run in 150 theatres and the team celebrates the occasion. The producer K Niranjan Reddy gave Hanuman shields to the entire team, buyers, etc.
Niranjan Reddy thanked one and all for all the support during the making and release of the movie. “This is just 1% of Prasanth Varma’s Cinematic Universe. We have a lot more to achieve.”
Director Prasanth Varma revealed the reason for celebrating the 50-day occasion. “It’s really important to tell people that movies will have a long run if the content will appeal to everyone. Many opine that my first movie Awe was a critically acclaimed, but a commercial failure. But the movie was a huge commercial hit. Since we didn’t celebrate the success, not many know that it was a hit. So, I realized the importance of celebrating real success.”
The director also revealed plans regarding the international release and the progress regarding the sequel Jai Hanuman. “We are planning to take it internationally. Distributors in Spain, Japan, and China watched the movie and liked it. The movie will have its international release soon. The works have begun for Jai Hanuman. We will soon release the first look poster. I’m hoping to make a great movie.”
Reacting to the question of whom he will cast for the lead role, Prasanth Varma diplomatically said, “The great Hanuman will play the lead role.”
The event ended with hero Teja Sajja thanking one and all for making the movie such a big hit.
