It has been revealed that Prabhas will portray the character of Lord Shiva in this grand-scale spiritual movie.
Mukesh Kumar Singh, renowned for directing the popular Mahabharat series, will be at the helm of the project, which will be produced by Vishnu himself.
The production team is currently considering several other actors for the film, and they are also planning to bring on board well-known technicians.
Interestingly, it's worth noting that Prabhas' uncle, Krishnam Raju, had a prominent role in the classic film "Bhakta Kannappa," and he had expressed his desire to remake it with his nephew.
While Prabhas couldn't play the character of Kannappa, he has found a significant role in the project, making it a Pan India endeavor with his involvement.
