Prabhas telephoned me as soon as he watched Seetimaarr trailer and said he liked it a lot, said the film's protagonist Gopichand.
Speaking at the pre-release event of Seetimaarr in Hyderabad, the actor said Seetimaarr is a complete mass film and people will enjoy and love it.
He thanked his friends, team members of the movie and everyone who has supported him in pulling off the grand project.
Gopichand expressed confidence that Seetimaarr would grab the attention of the audience with its entertaining content and the film will bring back the audience to the theatres.
"The success of Seetimaarr will infuse confidence and help many others to come theatrically," he added.
Seetimaarr is written and directed by Sampath Nandi. The film has Gopichand playing the coach of a women's kabaddi team. Tamannah, Bhumika Chawla and Rahman will be seen in key roles in the movie.
The film is bankrolled by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen. It will release on Vinayaka Chathurthi on September 10.
