Popular producer, financier, distributor and exhibitor Narayan Das K Narang (76), who is the acting president of Telugu Film Chamber Of Commerce Telangana, is no more.
The veteran producer who’s pioneer in media, entertainment and real estate, breathed his last at Star Hospital at 9:04 AM on Tuesday.
He was unwell and was undergoing treatment in the hospital for last few days.
Narayan Das K Narang was survived by two sons and a daughter. His both sons Sunil Narang and Bharath Narang are also into film production.
He was born on July 27, 1946. Financed prominent films in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu Narayan Das K Narang is the silent force in the Telugu film industry.
Earned a good reputation as a producer, he is a top player in the distribution in Nizam area.
Founder of Asian Group, he also set up popular multiplexes- AMB Cinemas, AVD Cinemas and AAA cinemas.
The Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce and the Telangana Chamber of Commerce have expressed their deepest condolences.
