Plight Of 3 Films Released This Week

Plight Of 3 Films Released This Week

Three to four films were released this week.

Among them, Mathu Vadalara 2 generated some buzz, mainly because it's a sequel to a hit film under the Mythri banner, with promotional support from stars like Prabhas and Rajamouli.

This combination led to a decent opening. However, while the first half of the film is engaging, the second half falls short, failing to maintain the same level of excitement.

The latter half feels lengthy and lacks the energy needed to make up for the strong start.

Despite this, the performances of Satya and Vennela Kishore, along with the satire on Telugu serials, help keep the film watchable, though it doesn't quite meet expectations.

Overall, the movie seems to benefit comedian Satya's career more than that of lead actor Sri Simha.

Raj Tarun's latest film Bhale Unnadu has failed to generate any buzz. It features a Maruti-style adult comedy stretched over a small premise.

V.T. Ganesh’s comedy works well in the first half, but the movie becomes less engaging from the pre-climax onwards.

Budget constraints may have impacted the casting, especially for the heroine, and the film lacks fresh scenes.

As a result, collections have been poor, and Raj Tarun's controversies haven’t added any notable publicity.

ARM, a Malayalam-dubbed film, presents an intriguing story. Tovino Thomas delivers impressive performances in two of his three roles, though the third character's design is less appealing.

Despite the period setting and decent production quality, the presence of many Malayalam actors, who are less familiar to Telugu audiences, proved to be a slight drawback.

However, the film’s visuals, scope, and suspenseful elements offer a unique cinematic experience.

Unfortunately, the lack of well-known actors and an unappealing title failed to generate strong openings.
