Pawan Kalyan, as hero is successful. He might have studied, other than class books, to some extent, the way, sometimes, he talks about just society.
But, as a politician, he failed. No one is to be blamed for his failure in politics, but Pawan himself. He failed along with his elder brother Chiranjeevi in 2009 in the form of Praja Rajyam Party. He failed again in 2019 on his own in the form of Jana Sena.
Wherever he goes in the State, there is a huge crowd cheering him. Looking at these crowds, he believed, like many, that he would be a successful politician in AP politics.
At one point of time, before the 2019 elections or in the middle of the electioneering, he was seen as Kumaraswamy (Karnataka) of AP.
But, he failed miserably. His party had won a single Assembly seat in East Godavari, while Pawan Kalyan himself faced humiliating defeat in Bhimavaram in West Godavari and Gajuwaka in Visakhapatnam.
The reason, as said earlier, is none else, Pawan Kalyan himself. He is very poor in public speaking. His emotions are uncontrolled and unbalanced.
He goes to the peak of his voice moving his body in aggression and it is nearly impossible for anyone to understand what he is speaking at that particular point.
When there is no emotion, what is talks is hardly understandable the “speech” would be a pack of words and not sentences. It is tough for media persons to pick up his point at times and present an article as it is full of incomplete sentences.
His presence in politics, like the one on the last day of 2019 in Amaravati, is always like a film schedule. He strictly follows the schedule and disappears once the schedule is done, like in film shootings.
This is not what is required in politics to be successful. There should be consistency in his presence and stand on issues. He should be in the midst of the people always and not like once-in-a-while as he does now.
Late NTR had a great fan following but he knew how to control them and move on the roads, unlike Pawan who withdrew walking on the roads in Visakhapatnam after just a few meters.
Jagan Reddy, as he desires to call the YSR Congress chief, enjoys better youth following than his hero-turned-politician, but the latter new how to move forward in their midst.
Well, this is missing in Pawan, and for this, he misses the power.
