Thanks to trailers and Tamannaah’s glamor, his previous film “Seetimaar” made some big noise on the first day. But “Pakka Commercial” achieved not much on its first day.
The film received pretty ordinary collections everywhere on the first day. While the makers claim that the film grossed Rs 6.3 crore, the reality is entirely different.
It has raked around Rs 2 crore share from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The premiere grossed 43k dollars from premiere shows in the USA.
Director Maruthi has seen a dent in his name with “Manchi Rojulochaie” itself. This film has not helped him anyway.
Irrespective of reviews and ratings, a mass hero film should post strong numbers on the first day. Gopichand has hardly succeeded.
“Pakka Commercial” has a tough time ahead this weekend.
