When asked about the health concerns, an insider stated that NTR has been looking fit and healthy and hasn't appeared overweight in recent times.
He had a muscular look in RRR, and even in Devara, he appeared fit and perfect. So, technically, there’s no reason for him to slim down further.
“It made sense for him to reduce weight significantly after 'Rakhi' for 'Yamadonga', but ever since then he’s always looked healthy and perfect. There's no strong need for him to appear slimmer for his next film, especially since Prashanth Neel’s heroes usually look sturdy and tough, not like slim lover boys,” expressed a fan of NTR.
Fans are eager to know the actual reason behind his look. He wore a loose, full-sleeve shirt to camouflage his slim frame, but the change was still evident, especially in his face, despite his grown beard, which may have been an attempt to mask it.
