Bollywood media has gone into overdrive, declaring Priyanka Chopra as the main heroine opposite Mahesh Babu in Rajamouli's upcoming film.
The globe-trotting action thriller, tentatively titled "SSMB29," held its pooja ceremony on January 2, 2025.
Despite the film's launch event taking place in Hyderabad, neither Rajamouli, the production crew, nor Mahesh Babu have formally announced any news on social media. They have not shared any additional information regarding the cast.
So far, all reports concerning Priyanka Chopra and other actors are purely speculative.
The Rajamouli team intends to make the announcement to Hollywood media first before revealing details to the local media. However, the project is set to begin filming very soon, possibly this month or in early February.
