Nizam Distributor Asks Siddhu to Repay Amount

Nizam Distributor Asks Siddhu to Repay Amount

Siddhu Jonnalagadda experienced a meteoric rise in popularity following the success of the “Tillu” franchise.

As a result, his next release, “Jack,” which followed immediately after “Tillu Square,” was sold to distributors at high prices. However, Siddhu is now under pressure to repay those amounts.

Hoping that “Jack” would bring in substantial returns, Siddhu himself acquired the Nizam rights from the producer.

Later, his manager persuaded leading Nizam distributor Suniel Narang of Asian Cinemas to purchase the rights from Siddhu.

The manager reportedly assured Suniel that the film would be as successful as “Tillu Square.” Consequently, the distributor bought the rights for Rs 8 crore.

So how much did “Jack” collect in Nizam over its first four days? According to our sources, the distributor’s share hasn’t even touched Rs 1 crore — resulting in a loss of over Rs 7 crore.

Now, Suniel is demanding that Siddhu compensate him for the heavy losses. Will Siddhu agree to repay him — either in cash or by offering future dates?
