Venky Atluri’s “Rang De” collected good money in the first weekend but it could not recover the entire investment. The film was also a flop.
With two disappointments, Nithin has decided to plan his career differently. He has already scrapped Krishna Chaitanya’s “Power Peta”. Nithin is now in talks with a couple of established medium-range directors to collaborate.
He has realized that he needs hits consistently to improve his market range. For every hit, he is delivering two or three flops. The inconsistency is doing a lot of damage to him.
Although Nithin has agreed to work with ‘Naa Peru Surya’ director Vakkantham Vamshi, he has not given a final nod. He is still waiting for some ‘successful directors’ to team up with.
