Senior actor Rajendra Prasad plays a crucial yet hilarious role in Nithiin’s high-budget entertainer Robinhood, which is set to release on March 28th.
Rajendra Prasad reveals that he plays the head of the highest security agency in India. “Nithiin joins my agency. In terms of timing, I need to follow Nithiin’s, and he needs to follow mine. The characters are designed that way. I haven’t done such an entertaining film in a long time. Robinhood is going to be a great treat for the audience.”
Having worked in many commercial films that crossed 100 crores since Julayi, Rajendra Prasad adds, “I strongly believe that Robinhood will become the biggest hit for Nithiin, and his stature is going to change with this movie.”
Rajendra Prasad predicts that Venky Kudumula will soon become a star director. “He is one of the best directors I’ve worked with, and Robinhood features one of the best characters I’ve portrayed in my career. Venky specifically wrote this character with me in mind. It was a joy to work with him.”
He also praises actress Sreeleela. “Sreeleela is doing some great films and has matured as an actor. She plays a character who comes from abroad and relies on us for security. It’s a fun and enjoyable role.”
