Jaabilamma Neeku Antha Kopama, which is touted to be a love story of the modern age, comes from Dhanush. This film is written and directed by Dhanush. It's his third directorial after Pa Paandi and Raayan.
The film is slated to release in theatres on February 21. After the chartbuster Golden Sparrow song, the makers dropped the fun-filled trailer today.
The trailer begins with peppy music, with Dhanush saying it is the "usual story," as the scene shifts to a young couple in love, with the boy, Prabhu, played by Pavish, aspiring to be a chef.
The fun and cute moments between Pavish and Priya Prakash Varrier bring a wholesome vibe. The next segment shows another Gen Z love story of a young couple, Pavish and Anikha, who are going to get married.
Anikha's father, played by Sarathkumar, opposes it; the silent rift between them offers a series of entertaining moments. Somehow these love stories get entwined, and we see a series of twists and turns in the lives of these youngsters.
The trailer promises a modern rom-com and gives the expectation that the film will cater to everyone, as Dhanush requests the audience to come and go happily in the end.
The film features Pavish, Anikha Surendran, Priya Prakash Varrier, Mathew Thomas, Venkatesh Menon, Rabiya Khatoon, and Ramya Ranganathan. GV Prakash Kumar electrifying score makes it more special.
