Natural Star Nani’s sports drama Jersey won many awards including couple of National Awards.
The film is now being remade in Hindi with Gawtam Tinnanuri directing the remake version as well.
Shahid Kapoor who reprises Nani in the film was all praises for the Telugu actor.
Shahid had to call off the shoot due to outbreak of corona and making the most of his time with his family.
The actor took out some time to play Q&A session on Instagram with his followers. Fans asked him several questions, some were around Jersey.
When a netizen asked him to say something about Nani, Shahid responded by writing, “He was fantastic. Made me cry so many times in the movie”.
He further said, “I am 40 and I could relate myself to the film Jersey, which tells about late success. I am one of those who tasted success very late. Jersey is a family film and it is very close to my heart.”
On the other hand, Nani is presently busy with multiple projects, while his Tuck Jagadish is up for release.
