Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Srinu’s “Akhanda” is the only other biggie that has not announced the release date.
Being one of the most anticipated films, “Akhanda” is completing the production formalities.
Distributors are suggesting the makers begin promotions now if they have plans to release it in December.
There is a talk that the film might lock December 24th as its release date since Sankranthi season is packed with two or three biggies.
If “Akhanda” releases for Christmas, Nani will have to push his movie “Shyam Singha Roy” to January end or March. Nani cannot afford to compete with Balakrishna’s film.
Nani has not yet begun the promotions for “Shyam Singha Roy”. He is waiting for clarity about “Akhanda”.
