Here's some more disappointing news for NTR's fans. They were already let down when the makers of Devara abruptly canceled the pre-release event.
However, the producers promised to organize a large-scale success event at a public gathering after the film’s release.
Even after the first week of the film’s theatrical run, there is still no clarity regarding the event.
Today, Naga Vamsi, who holds the theatrical rights to Devara, hinted that the new event might also not take place.
He wrote, “Since the pre-release event couldn’t be held, Tarak anna was adamant about having an event to CELEBRATE the success of Devara in a BIG WAY with HIS FANS from across the Telugu states.
Despite our relentless efforts, due to the Dasara and Devi Navaratri festivities, we were unable to secure permissions for outdoor venues in both Telugu states for our massive success celebrations!!!”
He apologized for disappointing fans once again. “This situation is beyond our control, and we sincerely apologize to all the fans and our audience for not being able to conduct this event. Nevertheless, we are still trying.”
