Prabhas’ latest film has broken box office records and has been receiving immense love and positive reviews from fans and critics alike.
Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film collected Rs 27.85 crore on its sixth day, showing very little drop despite it being a weekday.
So far, the film has collected Rs 371 crore in India and is aiming for Rs 400 crore by the end of the extended opening week.
Recently, Nag Ashwin took to his X handle to cheer for Prabhas and praised his performance and presence of mind in making the film a success.
The tweet dedicated to him read, “This man sitting casually there is the reason for all this, unbiasedly the biggest box office star of this era… He gave our production the confidence to do what we did, he gave me the freedom to do what I did… and so many intelligent inputs helped guide the film to what it is… everyone’s darling, our Bhairava and now the world’s K____.”
According to sacnilk.com, "Kalki 2898 AD" collected Rs 11.2 crore from the Telugu version on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the Tamil version minted Rs 1.2 crore.
The Hindi version collected Rs 14 crore, whereas the Malayalam version brought in Rs 1.2 crore. The film is doing impressive business worldwide as well.
