On Sunday morning, Telugu news networks reported that actor Manchu Manoj had filed a complaint against his father, veteran actor Manchu Mohan Babu, alleging assault and causing physical harm.
According to these reports, Manoj reportedly approached the police with visible injuries on his face and body, claiming that his father had severely assaulted him during a disagreement.
However, the Manchu family has strongly denied these allegations, labeling the media reports as baseless and misleading.
“The reports suggesting that Mohan Babu and Manchu Manoj have lodged complaints against each other are completely unfounded. Some media outlets are spreading false claims that Manchu Manoj, after sustaining injuries, went to the police station to file a complaint. We urge everyone to refrain from propagating such baseless rumors,” read a statement issued by the Manchu family through their public relations representative.
