In a major reshuffle of the IAS and IPS officers in Andhra Pradesh, the Chandrababu Naidu finally gave postings to a few of the officers, who were allegedly closer to the bosses of the previous YSR Congress party in the districts.
IAS officers like P S Girisha and Harinarayanan, who were in insignificant posts till now got good postings.
Similarly, IPS officers like Harshavardhan Raju, Bindu Madhav, Pala Raju, Jayalakshmi, Satya Yesu Babu, K K N Anburajan, Babuji Attada and Fakirappa Kaginelli who were waiting for postings, have now got postings, though in not so important posts.
Yet, several senior officers still remain without assignments.
Senior IAS officers like Y Srilakshmi, R Muthyala Raju, Muralidhar Reddy, Madhavi Latha, and Neelakanta Reddy, remain without postings despite their seniority.
The IPS cadre is facing similar treatment, with officers like Kolli Raghurami Reddy, Nishanth Reddy, and Ravishankar Reddy yet to receive postings.
At the same time, other IPS officers such as P S R Anjaneyulu, N Sanjay, P V Sunil Kumar, Kranti Rana Tata, and Vishal Gunni, have been suspended on charges of irregularities.
