"MAD" was released without any expectations in the first week of October. The youthful entertainer, on the other hand, became a sleeper hit.
It received mostly positive reviews and surprisingly good collections on the first day, but ticket sales dropped after the first weekend.
Many people predicted that it would not gain much ground after that. However, the film has since become a surprise hit.
"MAD," which starred upcoming actors such as NTR's brother-in-law Narne Nithin, Sangeeth Sobhan, and Ram Nithiin, was well received by its target audience. It kept going until the Dasara biggies arrived.
So far, it has collected a total of Rs 11 crore. A significant accomplishment for such a small film.
"MAD," produced by Haarika Suryadevara and Sai Soujanya, earned more than $600k in the United States. It is a box office success in the United States.
Producer Naga Vamsi claimed that the film would be another "Jathi Ratnalu," but it was not. Still, it's a decent hit.
